Note from the Architect

Within our studio, we envisioned this project under a tropical eye and its emergence into a modern world. This tropical modern style was conceptualized with a deep understanding of tropical living being accentuated by the environs, hence the fusion of interior and exterior. The apartments have been designed to bring most of the acclaimed west coast into the apartments. To achieve this, glass balustrades and large openings were used to allow for uninterrupted views while on the other side of the building it is hermetic to the main road.

The idea also was to create a feeling of innovation and uniqueness from the moment the building is approached. This feeling is magnified as the Portico is crossed and one walks on the glass bridge that is suspended above the trickling pond in the five storey high glazed space. In addition, comfort and wellness is attained through the use of straight lines and minimalism.

Upon entering the apartment it is all about a superior lifestyle next to one of the most beautiful shores in the world.
